Over 3,129 Shrubs, Perennials and Trees Starting As Low As $8.97 Each!

Saturday September 23 – 10 a.m. – 3 p.m.
We need to reduce our inventory to make room for newly potted plants to be grown for next year. Many of the best gardeners I know do all their planting of shrubs, perennials, and trees in the fall. When I asked them why the simple answer was and is the plants are working toward winter dormancy and they grow more roots instead of top growth before winter getting them set for a spectacular growth and bloom next year. Of course, they take less watering with fall versus spring, cooler weather to work outside in fall, and softer ground to dig in and of course less weeds to deal with. Sounds like a winner to me.
ATTENTION: WIFE/BOOKEEPER DISCOUNT ALERT!
My Bookeeper/Wife said to me, Honey, I would suggest you list a couple of plants at super special prices for all those people who are smart enough to plant in the fall! I wasn’t born yesterday so I knew by interpreting what she said she was not just suggesting it, she wanted it done. For the few men who read these ads I write, Happy Wife, Happy Life! I like happy so here goes: My favorite Berry bush, Triple Crown Blackberry normally $8.97 now only $6.97 each, Gaillardia Mesa Peach (Native) regularly $8.97 only $6.97 each, Clethra Sweetshrub Hummingbird Dwarf (White Blooming) regular $9.97 only $7.97 each and Clethra Ruby Spice (Native and Pinkish Bloom) Regular $9.97 now only $7.97 each and this is only as long as we have inventory available! Some of you remember when she and other relatives thought I was selling plants at low prices and maybe I was a little on the crazy side. Now she has “suggested” and I dropped some prices even more than my regular low prices. Could it be whatever I have has affected her? Uh Oh, she just told me to be sure when you make a purchase to register for a free Longview Nursery T-Shirt. She is giving away a bunch of them again, so I know whatever I have has affected her!
